SIGNUM’s Senior Partner spoke at the 17th annual conference on the Leasing Company Lawyer's Day.
On 10 October the United Leasing Association held the 17th annual conference devoted to the Leasing Company Lawyer's Day. This conference is the largest annual event for Russian legal community, where Talgat Sariev, Senior Partner of SIGNUM, made his presentation.
Talgat shared an overview of the judicial practice in Kazakhstan to protect the interests of lessors and spoke about the execution of judicial acts of the Russian Federation in Kazakhstan.
