For Kazakhstan Stock Exchange it is first experience of listing foreign company, not listed on the other markets.

According to the decision of Listing Committee «Kazakhstan Stock Exchange» JSC, dated 26th of November, 2010, the shares of Altius Holdings Inc. (hereinafter referred to us as the «Company») are included in the official listing list.

Altius Holdings Inc. is oil-producing Company, which owns the assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular, on four oilfields / blocks in Aktobe and Atyrau regions.

The Company is included in the International Group of the companies, involved in the area of oil and gas exploration and mining, the operation activity of which is development of oil and gas deposits and production sites in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia.
