Corporate Investigations

SIGNUM’s corporate investigations practice assists clients in defending themselves against fraud or other wrongdoing involving management, employees or third parties. Our clients include companies across all industries, and we work directly with their management, shareholders, and corporate personnel such as Compliance Officers, General Counsel, legal department personnel, Internal Auditors, and other investigation team members.

Some investigations also require that we work closely with auditors and subject matter experts and consultants.

We understand that companies today face the daunting possibility of allegations of wrongdoing from any source, including shareholders, anonymous whistleblowers, regulatory agencies, employees, vendors, customers and suppliers.

At SIGNUM, we can provide assistance in both domestic and cross-border investigations in cooperation with our international colleagues.
