Provided comprehensive legal support for the restructuring and merger of Kazakhstan subsidiaries of a major international industrial gases group. Our work included the transfer of employees and contracts, re-registration of loans and customs accounts, preparation of the full transaction documentation and registration of the resulting corporate changes.
Advised a major Turkish construction company in negotiations with the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications on contracts for the reconstruction of an airport in Astana and roads in various regions of Kazakhstan.
