Victoriya Trofimovich, Head of SIGNUM’s Employment Law Practice Spoke at EUROBAK HR Committee Meeting

Victoriya Trofimovich, Head of SIGNUM’s Employment Law practice, spoke at EUROBAK’s HR Committee meeting highlighting the new institution of the Labour Code – potential issues of setting-up and activities of the conciliation committee under the new Labour Code.

The Meeting was held at KPMG’s office. More than 30 HR and legal professionals – EUROBAK members – attended the event.

Victoriya’s speech covered key issues related to status of conciliation commission and its role as pre-trial settlement for Individual Employment Disputes and raised quite an interesting and interactive discussion among audience. Victoriya in her speech covered, among others, importance of a timely set-up of conciliation commission, shared practical recommendations and ideas on establishing and operating of conciliation commission and effectively handled Q&A session afterwards.
