Designed Training on Legal Writing Skills for In-House and SIGNUM Lawyers

Dear friends and colleagues,

Our firm plans to host Legal Writing Skills training/workshop on 28 October, 2014. We have invited a professional trainer.

The workshop will focus on effective legal drafting (legal opinions, letters, memos, reports, emails, etc.).

The following items will be covered:

•\tlegal writing skills and legal analysis skills;

•\tconvincing legal opinion;

•\tconstructive cooperation with clients, colleagues and team members while drafting a legal document;

•\treview of incoming and outgoing legal texts;

•\tspecial focus on sensitive and problem-oriented legal texts (opinions, memos, contracts), effective communication and presentation of the legal analysis.

We believe both our lawyers and our peers from client companies will equally benefit from this workshop, which will enable participants to exchange knowledge/experience/feedback and to address any issues or concerns on the subject matter.
