SIGNUM Has Successfully Represented the Client – Major Mining Company in Courts on the Enforcement of the Bank Guarantee by the Second-Tier Bank in the Amount of More Than USD 700 000.
SIGNUM lawyers successfully represented the Client – major mining company in courts against the largest second-tier Kazakhstani bank on enforcement of bank guarantee issued as collateral for the fulfillment of obligations of the contractor. As a result of court proceedings, the court obliged the bank to pay to the Client the amount of collateral (more than USD 700 000).
