SIGNUM lawyers arranged the workshop «Preparing For and Implementing an IPO» designed for beneficial owners of companies considering an IPO and also the directors and senior finance and legal executives of such companies.
The workshop took place on 2 June, 2011 in Holiday Inn Hotel and was devoted to the practical examination of issues for owners and managers when planning an IPO, Pre-IPO tax issues and restructuring, implementing an IPO and the IPO outlook.
The workshop was held by international and local experts.
