“Roadmap on appealing the results of inspections” training held within SIGNUM Academy project.

The training was organized for a major company dealing with petroleum products trading, represented by its legal team at the training.

The training sessions were developed by a practicing lawyer with maximum benefit for each participant. Trainer – SIGNUM Partner - Talgat Sariev emphasized the interest of the audience to the topic and the proposed the best practices of effective attainment of company’s objectives.

This training was designed for improving communication with the state authorities, in particular, aimed at explaining and interpreting questions regarding the appeal process of the results of tax audits in accordance with Kazakhstan legislation. In terms of structure, the training serves as an action plan which allows the audience to understand process from the inside, gives clear explanations and reveals possible nuances.
