Successful Litigation in Favor of Major Project Design Company
Litigation lawyers assisted to Kazakh project company, which is working in Kazakhstan more than 20 years, in court process on recognition the deal on acquisition the shares as invalid. The court of the first level made a decision in favour of Kazakh project company, recognized, that the deal on acquisition of shares executed in proper order and compliant to the legislation of RK. The decision of the court will come into force on July, 2009.
