SIGNUM | BINs Obtaining Deadlines

Dear Sirs,

In accordance with the Law “On National Registries of Identification Numbers” dated 12.01.2007 please be advised that the deadline for obtaining Business Identification Numbers (BINs) will expire on 12.08.2009.

As we informed you earlier, there is a strict requirement that all legal entities, their structural subdivisions and individual entrepreneurs have to obtain BINs.

Moreover, in accordance with Sub-Clause 2 Clause 669 of the Tax Code effective from 01.01.2009, absence of BIN can be a basis for Tax authorities to reject the appeals on results of Tax Audits.
