SIGNUM Successfully Competed Due Diligence of Chemicals Plant Assets Ordered by United Chemical Company (Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies)

In November 2009, our company won an open tender organized by United Chemical Company (UCC) on a legal due diligence (external legal audit) of assets in chemical sector.

This project included site visiting, review of corporate issues, plant assets, contractual obligations, evaluation of potential court proceedings, licensing issues, compliance with ecological, industrial safety, antitrust regulations etc.

The project was performed in cooperation with KPMG and was managed by SIGNUM from questionnaire for UCC, gathering information, interviewing the employees of chemical plant till documents review and preparation of the final version of Report.

This project allowed our lawyers to extend their knowledge and experience in chemical sector.
