SIGNUM lawyers have successfully represented the interests of the Client – a major oil and gas company – in court of first instance on the claim of the interregional department of geology and subsoil use for compensation of irrational use of natural resources, particularly the damage caused by excess embedded losses of oil.

According to the results of the court proceedings, the court of first instance dismissed the claim of the department of geology and subsoil use worth over 18 million USD (4,8 billion tenge).
