- I live in Kazakhstan, but I want to work online for a foreign company. May I work this way?

- Yes, you can work remotely for an employer located outside Kazakhstan.

- Our company, registered in Kazakhstan, plans to conclude an employment contract with a foreign individual who will work online outside our country. May we hire such an employee?

- Kazakhstan laws do not prohibit a local employer to employ a foreign individual based abroad to work remotely.

- Is it necessary to arrange workplaces for such employees?

- Yes, according to Kazakhstan laws it is the employer's responsibility. [1]
