Enforcement of an International Arbitration Award in Favor of a Major Oil and Gas Service Company
SIGNUM successfully represented the Client – major oil and gas service company on enforcement of arbitral award of International Court of Arbitration in Kazakhstan. The Court recognized the arbitral award of foreign arbitration institute in full and obliged the debtor (Kazakhstani Oil and Gas Company) to pay the debt in the amount of USD 3 mln due to the Client under the relevant equipment supply and services agreement.
