Exemption from Customs Export Duty Was Confirmed by the Courts
Litigation and Tax lawyers assisted International Oil Company working in Kazakhstan, Russia and Azerbaijan in winning the Court Case on the customs export duty (CED). Both the court of first level and the court of appeal confirmed that the Company is exempted from the CED. Currently the customs authorities are forced to return the CED paid by the Company during several months.
