LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN DATED 6 OCTOBER 2010 №343-IV “ON AMENDMENTS TO SOME LEGISLATIVE ACTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN ON MATTERS OF RESPONSIBILITY ENHANCEMENT IN THE AREA OF TURNOVER OF OIL AND CERTAIN OIL PRODUCTS”
This Law introduces amendments in the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedural Code, the Administrative Code, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Government regulation of production and turnover of certain oil products”. The amendments stipulate toughening of responsibility for violation of the legislation on matters of turnover of oil and certain oil products.
RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN DATED 30 OCTOBER 2010 № 1139 “ON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION ON EXPORT OF LIGHT DISTILLATES AND PRODUCTS, KEROSENE AND GAS-OILS”
Resolution prohibits export of light distillates and products, kerosene and gas-oils, except for special gasoline and furnace domestic fuel for the period of six months.
RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN DATED 26 OCTOBER 2010 № 1120 “ON APPROVAL OF DOCUMENT SUBMISSION RULES FOR EXEMPTION FROM THE CUSTOMS DUTIES”
The rules specify the order of the documents submission for exemption from the customs duties for legal entities and physical persons, which import or export of goods.
RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN DATED 12 OCTOBER 2010 № 1058 “ON ADOPTION THE RULES OF EXECUTION OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF GOODS BY OFFICERS OF CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES
The rules define sequence of operations of officers of custom authorities during customs clearance necessary for import of goods for internal consumption, for their export or for applying other customs procedure.
DARFT LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN “ON MEDIATION” DATED 26 OCTOBER 2010
In October 2010 the Draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Mediation” is submitted for consideration to Majilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is assumed that this Law will regulate the use of Mediation Institute at settlement of conflicts, occurring from the civil relationships, labour, family and other private legal relationships with participation of physical and (or) legal entities and also in the area of criminal and legal relationships on the matters of crimes of small and medium gravities.
