New Of Counsel Announcement

Signum Law Firm is pleased to announce that we are strengthening our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice with our new Of Counsel, Bauyrzhan Sharibayev. Bauyrzhan joined SIGNUM in late 2019. Before joining our firm, Bauyrzhan has served in Kazakhstan prosecution authorities for 17+ years and supervised the legitimacy of judicial acts and enforcement proceedings covering civil and administrative cases.

Bauyrzhan’s selected experience includes setting-up the work of private court bailiffs, as well as supervision and direct involvement in several major litigation cases related to debt collection (exceeding USD 20 million) against debtors, co-debtors, pledgers and guarantors with subsequent seizure of the debtor’s property including recovery and tracing additional assets subject to the subsequent collection.
