KazBar Disscussion Club was created by Kazakhstan Bar Association for building a constitutional state and developing legal awareness in todays Kazakhstani society. KazBar founders are highly-qualified lawyers from the one of the best Kazakhstani Law Firms which are Aequitas, Dechert, GRATA, Norton Rose, Olympex Advisers, Salans, Sayat Zholshi & Partners, Signum, Yelyubayev & Partners. The idea of KazBar creation is based on the fact that all practicing lawyers can provide highly professional legal assistance within self-regulated professional associations such as Bar Associations that is successfully practiced by many states all over the world. E.g. There is an International Bar Association (IBA) members of which are part of national associations of lawyers. IBA serves as a great tool in providing the mutual cooperation among millions of lawyers all over the world.

Kazakhstan is not presented in this association that by all means has a considerable impact on our image in international legal arena. Also the absence of the self-regulated association of practicing lawyers in Kazakhstan disables Kazakhstani lawyers to participate on many international legal events. It negatively affects on the opportunities of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstani enterprises to perform external economic activity and protect their interests in international courts and arbitral courts. KazBar has an aim to promote Kazakhstan internationally.
