Annual conference “M&A forum – 2010. Market M&A of Russia and CIS”
Madina Lavrenova, Partner and Head of our Corporate Practice, participated in the forum on Russian and CIS’ M&A markets. Forum took place on 29th of September, 2010 in Moscow, Russia.
Within the conference, experts analyzed M&A situation on the russian and CIS’ markets, discussed court and legal practice on M&A transactions and shared views on the further development of the corporate legislation in Russia and the CIS.
M&A forum aroused big interest within the business society; there were more than 100 active participants: CEOs, business developments, lawyers, state officials and other professionals.
