SIGNUM Was Represented in British-Kazakh Lawyers Association Conference Held on 26 October in London
On 26 October 2011 Madina Lavrenova attended London conference of the British-Kazakh Lawyers Association where Madina gave a speech on recent Kazakhstani developments in securities laws.
At the conference experts have discussed Kazakhstani M&A matters, governmental initiative “peoples’ IPO, current court practice on M&A transaction as well as discussed the perspectives of further development of corporate and financial law in Kazakhstan.
The conference attracted great interest among business representatives and law firms, there were about 50 people attending the conference.
