Our Dispute Resolution and Litigation lawyers have represented the interests of a major specialized machinery producer, selling machinery under financial lease, in legal proceedings for the seizure of leased asset to be recognized as illegal. The lessee filed a claim for the previous seizure of leased asset to be recognized as illegal and the leased asset to be returned. The lessee indicated procedural violations by our Client as the grounds for his claim.
Following complex legal proceedings, the Almaty SIEC decided on the legality of our Client, who is a lessor, and, accordingly, denied claim satisfaction to the lessee.
