SIGNUM Has Successfully Represented Large International Airline in Executory Process

SIGNUM lawyers have successfully represented the Client – a major international airline – in executory process initiated following a court order. The court order was issued under the claim based on notarized agreement. Law-enforcement officer initiated the executor process and imposed security measures on the Client.

Our lawyers managed to prove in litigation that the Client never entered into the agreement, while a notary never ascertained such agreement. As a result, the court order was cancelled, the executory process was terminated and security measures were removed.

Notably, the notary actively supported us; she also advised that our situation, when a court order is issued basing on allegedly notarized agreement, is not rare.
