Our Lawyers are Now Members of Atameken Arbitration Center

Our lawyers – Sofiya Zhylkaidarova, Abylkhair Nakipov, and Talgat Sariev – have now become fully-fledged members of the Arbitration Center of “Atameken”, National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As part of their expanded role, they will be actively involved in dispute resolution within Atameken Arbitration center.

For information: The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” is a non-profit organization which was founded to enhance the negotiating power of business with the Government and other public authorities. As such, the Chamber represents the interests of small, medium and large businesses, and covers all aspects of business, including internal and external trade. Atameken Arbitration Center was created for the purposes of helping businessmen to resolve their disputes in a fair and effective manner.
