Gaukhar joined SIGNUM in 2008 fresh from the university. Gaukhar is a graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (International Law) with further LL.M. degree in International Commercial Law from Dundee University, UK. Gaukhar specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, oil & gas and renewable energy. She is a frequent speaker at various professional conferences and an author of many legal publications. She has completed a number of M&A deals and was part of the team for preparation and implementation of the biggest IPO in the history of KASE.

Gaukhar is a member of KazBar. She is fluent in English, Kazakh and Russian.
