On 5 December 2017, SIGNUM’s Associate Perizat Nurlankyzy took part in the Second International Corporate Directors’ Forum: Effective Supervisory Board. The event was organized with support of the Professional Association of Corporate Governance, International Finance Corporation and Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and took place at Kyiv’s InterContinental hotel.

The following issues topped the Forum’s agenda:
