Experience
Elmira has more than 30 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, financial management and business administration. Throughout her career, she has worked with both Kazakhstan and international companies across a range of industries, as well as in professional accounting and tax services.
For more than ten years, Elmira served as Managing Partner of a growing company in Kazakhstan, with responsibility for financial management, accounting operations and the development of client services.
Her professional experience spans a broad range of areas, from accounting and tax compliance to financial management, analytics, asset management and the development of internal financial systems.
Elmira has completed a number of specialised international courses and seminars, including MDT International training and IFRS courses in Dubai. She also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
She is fluent in Russian and English.
