Doszhan is a specialist in the field of corporate law. As part of the M&A team, he participated in projects to conduct comprehensive legal audits related, in particular, to renewable energy sources, represented the interests of foreign companies in government agencies, was engaged in the registration and liquidation of legal entities, branches and representative offices. Prior to joining SIGNUM, Doszhan completed an internship in the legal department of a branch of one of the largest banks in the world.
He is fluent in Russian, Kazakh, English and French.

Comprehensive legal review of a joint-stock company-a subsurface user in the framework of a transaction for the acquisition by a foreign investor of a block of shares on a foreign stock exchange.
Registration of pledge agreements for movable and immovable property in the framework of projects related to bank financing of renewable energy sources.
Representing the interests of a foreign company as a creditor before the liquidation commission of a large Kazakh bank.
Participation in registration, re-registration, liquidation of legal entities, branches and representative offices of foreign companies.
