Assiya has more than ten years of experience managing legal and compliance matters for multinational companies across Central Asia. She advises businesses on corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, regulatory compliance and the implementation of strategic projects.
Her experience combines in-house legal leadership with a strong understanding of business operations. As a member of management teams, Assiya has contributed to strategic planning, supported sustainable business growth and advised senior executives on legal and compliance risks.
She has extensive experience developing and implementing compliance and anti-corruption frameworks, managing relationships with distributors and business partners, representing companies before government authorities and courts, and delivering legal and compliance training.

Strategic and Operational Legal Support. Provided comprehensive legal support to multinational companies on strategic projects and day-to-day operational matters, helping businesses manage legal risks and achieve sustainable growth.
Compliance and Anti-Corruption Frameworks. Developed and implemented compliance and anti-corruption policies and procedures aligned with Kazakhstan, European and US requirements, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
