Experience
Anel has experience in tax, labour and corporate law and subsoil use. Anel assisted in advising foreign and Kazakhstani companies on various issues in the field of taxation, development of local regulations of the employer, carried out registration, re-registration and liquidation procedures of legal entities and branch and representative offices, as well as assisted in advising oil and gas companies on various subsoil use issues.
Anel is a native speaker of Russian and Kazakh and is fluent in English.

Legal and tax advice to a major passenger service on commission model operation in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Assisting in advising a major oil and gas company on a regular basis on all current legal matters.
Assisting in tax and legal advising of the branch of a major oilfield service company on issues raised in the course of a tax audit.
Assisting in legal and tax consulting of the largest tobacco company regarding the supply of tobacco products on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Assisting in advising international ride-hailing service on labor issues regarding a Non-Compete Agreement.
Assisting in the development of the Labor Regulation for international ride-hailing service.
