EUROBAK organizes a round table on judicial reforms

In March, SIGNUM lawyers participated in the round table organized by EUROBAK. This roundtable was also attended by judges of both the Supreme Court and the local court of Republic of Kazakhstan. At the round table, participants discussed various issues related to judicial reforms, in particular, the judges presented proposed draft amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, including introduction of specialized boards for investment disputes.
