Prior to joining SIGNUM Law Firm, Yekaterina has been working as a tax manager in one of the largest mining corporation in Kazakhstan and served as a senior tax manager in the largest Big-4 company. She brings experience and a proven track record of success in taxation area, which will be invaluable in meeting the firm’s ambitious tax practice goals and objectives.
With more than 13 years in tax consulting, Yekaterina has extensive experience in providing tax advice to Kazakhstan and multinational companies on a wide range of tax and related issues, including international investment structuring, tax planning projects, managing day-to-day tax operational issues. She has a solid grounding in managing projects on tax audits, tax due diligence, tax compliance and consulting to clients in a broad range of industries including oil & gas, mining & metals, retail and consumer, agricultural sector. Her main strength is in her ability to understand clients’ needs and efficiently meet clients’ expectations. Yekaterina has also been working as a tax consultant in Russia and Australia in the past.
