SIGNUM Has Successfully Accomplished Transaction on Sale of 100% Participation Interest of International Oil Company in Favor of the Foreign Investors
SIGNUM has successfully accomplished transaction on sale of 100% participation interest of international oil company operating in in Kyzylorda oblast in favor of foreign investors. In particular, in October 2013, SIGNUM has finished the procedure of obtainment of consent from Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan on transfer of objects connected to subsurface use, and received approval from Antimonopoly agency on economic concentration.
